Hi Nina,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it.We're sorry to hear you felt there wasn't great service provided to you on Sunday.Check in time is 2pm, and as our office is quiet on weekends, Reception is here 1pm-5pm Saturday & Sunday to facilitate guest check ins and assist with anything throughout the afternoon.We have a wonderful Afterhours Service that operates 5pm-1pm over the weekend to assist with anything while Reception is not here.You had called that morning to request an early check in, which our manager offsite assisted you with and answered any questions you had. Though we had a wedding group checking out of the venue Sunday morning and were not able to guarantee early check ins, the two cleaning staff on that day were able to have your room ready prior to 2pm.We pride ourselves on our small close knit team and friendly service, so we will share this with the team so we can continue to improve our processes and ensure our guests have a great experience.
