Das gemütliche und einladende Wohnung verfügt über einen einfachen Zugang zu Wäscherei, einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Es hat einen neuen Teppich, neue Betten und eine tolle Aussicht von jedem Zimmer. Eine große, offene Wohn-Essbereich ist um einen massiven Steinkamin geplant. Die umgebaute Freilos K��che und Snack-Bar bieten Komfort. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, jedes mit angrenzendem Bad und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Zwei Glasschiebetüren bieten Zugang zum großen Innenhof mit herrlichem Blick nach Westen auf Washington Gulch und die Stadt Mt. Crested Butte.

Der Eingang zum Paradise Building befindet sich im dritten Stock. Es gibt zwei Treppen, die zum P-102 führen.

Ihre Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Westwall Aufzug. Ein kurzer Spaziergang, Skier, und Sie sind auf der Piste!

Komplexe Annehmlichkeiten sind sicher, dass Ihre Erfahrung zu vervollständigen. Als Vor-Ort-Büro und die Mitarbeiter alle Fragen zu Check-in / out und beantworten macht es einfach, die während Ihres Aufenthaltes entstehen. Ein Reinigungsservice wird für alle Aufenthalte ab 4 Nächten angeboten. San Moritz verfügt über einen eigenen Shuttleservice, der bei Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenfrei ist. Der Shuttle fährt während der Skisaison täglich ab 8:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Im Sommer verkehrt der Shuttle am Wochenende ab 16:00 Uhr. m. bis Mitternacht. Sie werden sogar abholen und direkt vor der Wohnung Drop-off! Im Winter können Sie auch genießen eine im Innen Whirlpool genießen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig geöffnet. Für zusätzlichen Komfort hat jedes Gebäude 2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner für die Gäste. Alles, was Sie brauchen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Needs some attention

Would not stay at this condo again. It is past its prime in every way - linens/towels/mattresses need to be replaced, they are in bad shape (worn, lots of holes, etc). Lighting in unit is terrible - only central light is in the kitchen, everywhere else runs on lamps and there are not enough of them. Feels very dingy. Art, etc on wall have all been hanging for 20 years based on dates and feels like an aged grandma's house, time for a refresh. Can't use stove/oven without setting off fire alarm as there is no ventilation. Building itself is very dated - indoor hot tub is disgusting. Other bummer was property manager communication is slow. They didn't send check-in information ahead of time so we were scrambling in below zero temperatures with young children at 10 PM once we arrived figuring out how to get in. Location to skiing was handy. For this price point you can find a much nicer place nearby or in town.

Convenient Place!

The place was clean and so convenient to get to the base ski area. We had a great time. The only problem was the unit above us P202 loved having all the little kids walking around in the unit with their ski boots on. It was quite noisy.

Great location, good unit, bad stairs

We had 3 adults and a small dog and the unit was very nice, with room for more. It looked just like in the photos and everything was clean and good working order. All the beds were comfortable couches looked new. They even put out sheets for the dog so he could join us on the couch. The only minor, in unit, complaint is the lack of Tupperware. The location is great. Once you are in the parking lot it is a short walk to the slopes. This is a true ski in ski out. The run back is a black, but an easy black, bumps at the top since it wasn’t groomed while we were there. Now for the stairs. As the description says there are three flights of stairs from the parking down to the unit. One flight before you enter the building and two inside the building. The lack of snow removal by the top of the outdoor stairs made it a slippery adventure just getting to the stairs. As for the interior stairs, neither of the flights of stairs has a handrail on the open side of the stairs. As an architect I have no idea how they are allowed to not have a railing.

Weekend Get Away

This was our fourth time staying at San Moritz, and first time at this unit. Location is idle for skiing and this unit allows dogs which is why we chose this unit. The unit was as described in the listing, but a little dated. Overall a good stay with our family and dog.

Super great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo has amazing views, is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need. The on-call shuttle is certainly a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again :-) I think the only disclaimer I'd call out is the condo is on the 1st floor of the building. So if you have any issues with climbing stairs, this may be a problem. Our group was fine but I definitely would pack a little on the lighter side + use backpacks / bags and not rolling suitcases.

Great Location, Stairs Are No Joke

This property is in a pretty great location for skiing. A short walk in the morning to get to the slopes so I wouldn't call it ski out, but you can ski almost right to the stairs for this condo at the end of the day so it is for sure ski in. Speaking of the stairs, do not be fooled like I and others (in the reviews) were thinking this is a base level condo with no stairs. It's 3 flights of stairs below the parking lot so you you have to carry everything you brought with you up and down 3 flights of stairs. A complaint I have was the lack of snow/ice removal. The parking lot, where you have to walk to the slopes in ski boots, was a sheet of ice for our entire stay and there were no storms before or during our stay. No salt or sand. Also, the shared patio outside the condo was only shoveled maybe 1/3-1/2 of the width which made it difficult to walk our dogs without taking them up 3 flights of stairs to the icy parking lot every time. Overall a great location for skiing and no complaints inside it was clean and well equip (though we did not have any trash bags upon arrival, but the staff had them delivered the next day). We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the stairs and poor snow/ice removal, but still 4 stars for location and the unit itself.

It was a great place to get away. We got 3 feet of snow in 2 days so the road to get up to the condo was quite dangerous coming downhill but there was a shuttle we could have opted to take. All in all, a great place to be at Mt. Crested Butte.

Great location and Great place

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in didn't go as smoothly as we hoped. We never received an email with information on what to do so when we showed up we were a little confused and it was after 4pm so no one was at the office. We messaged over vrbo but didn't hear back for a few hours. Thankfully we went to the door at the office and found an envelope that said our name. Night 2 was an awful night there. There was a group above us that were very loud and partied until 3am. We got maybe 4 hours of sleep. I am pregnant and my husband was there to snowboard so no sleep for us isn't good. The only other thing I would say is the pillows need an upgrade. They are paper thin and terrible. We decided we will now always travel with our own pillows. We loved the location and the place itself just a couple little things that were discouraging. We will definitely be back and would stay here again.

The directions for check-in were confusing. I didn’t know the check-in office is below the building we stayed in. The walk way/entrance to the condo were very outdated and there were quite a bit of stairs if you’re staying on the first floor. However, we enjoyed our stay and loved the condo itself.

Right on the Mountain!

This place was amazing! It was located right next to a ski lift which was so convenient. It was nicely decorated and very cozy. It had all the necessary kitchen essentials to make our meals during our stay. The hot tub was indoors and right down the hall which was great. The check in process was very efficient as well. Our group really enjoyed staying there and will definitely be back.
