« When we arrived, there was a homemade barrier surrounding a hole in the deck that we were not aware of that we never told about. I had to reach out about this upon my arrival and got no straight answer from it. For the amount of money we paid for this place I cannot understand how we were not told. One of the biggest selling points was a deck and the view from the deck for us only to be surprised by the undocumented damage. Truly disappointing. »

Very glad they offered 25pd pet promotion-50 is very steep, in our opinion. We played shuffle board- tons of board games- and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would recommend. »

« The chalet is a beautiful house set in the peaceful woods near Lake Arrowhead. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the firepit, listening to the birds and relaxing. The house is large and extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more - every appliance, tons of dishes, all very well organized and laid out, even a Berkey water filter! Honestly, I can't think of a single thing this place is missing. I didn't get a chance to soak in the beautiful hammered...

« Mike was excellent with communication during the pre-check in and through out our 4 night stay at the property . Check in and out was very easy, The Home is located in a quiet neighborhood that was great for nice walks . My family had a great time overall . We loved the Vintage Home setting and enjoyed the little outdoor deck and pool table.Maybe housekeeping and maintenance can be improved but I would stay at this property again.Thank you Mike »
