Blinds were broken, tub backed up and someone else’s hair came up, no fan in bathroom, toilet handle loose and about to break. Not what you expect from Hampton. »

« We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep. »

« Nowhere in the ad does it say that there is a $75 fee for one pet »

« I saw 1 hotel employee during my entire stay. Check in process is done via a video screen and you're talking to someone virtually, takes much longer than it should. The door to my room could easily be pushed open even when locked. Overall it looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in months. »
