« What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! »

Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for .
Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate.
We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace.

« I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open. »
