  • Charming 2-Story apartment that has free wifi, beds, appliances, smart tv, coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen. Sits on a quiet street right in town close to restaurants and 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Half way point between Cincinnati and Lexington where other fun activities are located. The lower level has a living room (pull out couch & ottoman sleeper), half-bath, kitchen, dining room table (6 guest), and the laundry room. The upper level has 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The bedrooms are beautifully outfitted with comfortable beds and bedding.We aren’t tv watchers so having a couple chairs on your cute back patio would be a relaxing spot. We did welcome having the little park with a walking trail so close by.Thank you.

It was very convenient to the Arc Encounter which was our destination. Fit perfectly for five adults. Perfect name as it was very cozy and comfortable.

Our stay at the cozy den was lovely. It was a comfortable property, very neat and well stocked with the basic necessities that we could need. Brittany was very quick to respond, and made sure we had all the details we may need to have a successful stay.

Washer didn't work very well. Dryer didn't work well at all. Coffee pot hadn't been dumped and had mold growing in it. One lamp had a light bulb burned out. However, overall clean and adequate for the little time we spent there.

More spacious than I thought, quiet neighborhood, only thing i didnt loke was the shower head it was too hard on the skin. Host was very responsive, clean property.

Property was DIRTY and has an unpleasant strong odor when you walk in. They obviously know it smells as they have a filtration system but it still smells! Made a quick decision to avoid cooking due to dirty kitchen. Had to clean shower before we used it. Smoke alarms hanging-not connected. Lamp is broken and was noted in a previous review. Neighbors were yelling and slamming doors as 3:30AM waking all of us on the last day of our visit.Location to Ark was convenient——I even sent a text to the host hoping there was some reason for the issues described above-no response. The no response lead me to post this review. We left disappointed in the cozy den!

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay.The cozy den was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with supplies needed. We liked having coffee and preparing for the day at the kitchen table and later relaxing on the chaise sofa to watch a movie after daily outings.

Listing did not do this place justice. Very nice and comfortable. Great wifi. Very convenient to interstate. Highly recommend this place. If we travel there again, I will definitely look for this place! (I rated accuracy of listing low because it was much better than listing!)

You get a code to enter the house day of check in. Everything appeared clean and the rooms were nice. The kitchen does have a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, but double check with the owner if coffee will be provided as we didn't see any when we were there. There was tea, with a few varieties of sweetener though.The neighborhood was quiet, and it was fairly easy to find.

Great property

Quick and easy check in process. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. No issues with neighbors. No issues with cigarette smoke smell. (Saw that in previous review) Everything was perfect. We will stay here again.

Nice & Convenient

Two-story duplex was nice, convenient and close to the interstate. Had everything that was needed. Beds were comfortably firm. Both bedrooms and full bath are upstairs if stairs are a problem. Neighborhood was nice and quite. We ventured out to The Ark, Big Bone Lick State Park, Anderson Ferry, Ohio and Illinois. Beautiful area. Host were accessible when needed.
