« The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe). »

« Very lovely well maintained hotel with a great teal blue/ orange tropical Margaritaville decor. Much better than usual complimentary breakfast with many choices and staff everywhere keeping it replenished and tidy. Turns out if you want bar service outside on the lovely patio, it is order yourself. No table service although they do serve food at the same tables. Difficult to understand since they are one and the same. Also no housekeeping service at all and we stayed for 3 nights. Surprising...

« Arrivé vers 23h, accueille triste et froid de la part du réceptionniste, après un voyage de plus de vingt heures...chambre froide et sombre, lumière ne fonctionne pas partout, wc n a pas de chasse d'eau, donc retour reception et explication, l'air ahuri il me suis et plonge les mains dans le réservoir et tortille les tuyau du flotteur, ca marche ...mais ca fuit maintenant et cela restera comme ça pendant les trois nuits...donc la moitié de la sdb est sous les eaux...dernière nuit une famille...

« We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles. « The property has not been cared for. The area isn't the best area to stay in. I had booked for my daughters and grandkids and we ended up not staying. Wasn't offered any kind of refund. It was very dirty and the people hanging out drinking and smoking (not cigarettes). Felt unsave and the door to the rooms looked like it had been broken into. I would not recommend this place. The picture on the website does not match the property. »

« Location was great. Service was decent I have a couple suggestions. Make sure every guest has a parking space when you pay to stay at a hotel motel whatever the case is there should be parking for those who paid to stay there. I just had foot surgery and couldn’t walk but so far that’s why I chose a motel instead of a hotel. That only has one floor. Second make sure to thaw your mini fridges before quest arrive. I had to keep towels around it because it was leaking water from where the freezer...
