Hotel Cropwell

« This cabin was AMAZING! Clean, bed was so comfortable. The kirchen area had everything you needed. Just bring ice! Everything else, is here. Wonderful place!!! The view is absolutely gorgeous!!! The fire pit and picnic table was a bonus. Having NO TV, is exactly what you need. I turned my phone off and just simply reconnected to what really is important. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Ashley, has been a joy working with. Very polite, and she makes sure you feel comfortable and you have everything...

« The hotel itself is a little outdated and the rooms are small and cramped compared to newer buildings. The pool along with the great view of the river close by were a huge highlight for us. The staff was awesome and very friendly, they did all they could to help accommodate our stay. »

« The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. »

« The Quality Inn offered convenient access to restaurants, a Tesla Supercharger, and interstate access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were extremely well-maintained. While the Quality Inn offered breakfast, they did not have gluten-free choices. For the convenience of location, I would definitely stay at this Quality Inn again. »

« The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area. »

« Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down! »
