« J’ai aimé mon séjour a cet hôtel. Par contre, ils m’ont chargé la chambre un 2e fois parce que j’ai passé par expédia pour la location. J’ai donc payé la chambre 2 fois. L’utilisation de Brooking est plus simple et ne cause pas ce genre de situation. Comme faire pour me faire rembourser maintenant ??? »

« I have to start with the valet staff… they were absolute gentlemen and provided superior customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed (stayed 3 nights). Our room was clean and cozy, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar served excellent drinks, with an outstanding bartender and waitstaff who made the experience even better.
