As I mentioned on the day of check-in, you actually received the email confirmation 7 days prior, which included all your reservation information, the property address, and other details. It seems that the email might have ended up in your junk folder. Regarding the snow plowing, we had already scheduled to be there on Saturday morning, which we followed through with. To ensure minimal disruption for our guests, we decided to wait until after the snowfall had ceased. Unfortunately, it continued snowing until midnight in this particular case so we didn’t have snow removal completed until the next morning.
