« We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful. »

« Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). « I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. « This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...
