Relaxing family stay

This property is close to downtown Crystal River but located in a smaller neighborhood area. We were close to activities but the area was not overly busy. Pool was a little too cool in February, but that was expected. Beds were comfortable. Lots of activities and supplies in the house

Nice place

Location of this rental was perfect. Access to the water for kayaking was very convenient. The only 2 down sides were one of the mattresses in the bedroom on the main floor is in need of replacement Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The other is the floor didn’t seem to be moped as we had an infant crawling around and his clothing and knees were very dirty. Other than that had a great time!

Great place for a Family needing 4 BR

Owner was engaging and checked in through our 2 week stay. The only issue was wish the pool was warmer so the kids could play more in it. Our 40 year olds took the 10 year old out and they saw manatees every time. Great location for restaurants and nature areas.

We had a wonderful time

The house is in a great location, it is very spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped. It is a great house for a large group to gather but still have plenty of private space with the 3 levels. The house has a lot of steps, so smaller suitcases and lighter coolers recommended. The host is very accomodating and responsive. It was really nice that the property allowed use of kayaks and paddleboard (with life jackets) for those in our group who came from the midwest so they didn't have to bring theirs or rent. It is a leisurely 45 minute ish paddle to Three Sisters Spring or a short 6 minute drive to Hunters Spring Launch for a shorter paddle to Three Sisters. A load of sand /crushed shell would make for an easier launch at the property but it was very nice to be able to launch right there. The only true negative about the stay was the BRUTAL no see ums! So don't forget the repellant! We saw lots of manatees and even a dolphin. We are very glad we chose this property for our visit to Crystal River.

Christmas Memo

This was a lovely property with plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler to spread out. The kitchen and living area was spacious. The host Annie was wonderful. Annie decorated for the holidays and we even had a Christmas tree. Annie was very responsive to our texts and extremely helpful. Crystal River is a great location for families. Quiet and peaceful at the house with plenty of restaurants and family activities nearby. Threes Sisters State Park was amazing, the manatees were in abundance during our stay.

Awesome getaway spot

The property and location were incredible. You could launch your kayaks just across the road and paddle as far as you wanted to. Lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby. The manatees are a must see if you’re there between December and February. Overall a five star vacation. Thank you so much!!

Gorgeous! Spectacular! Friendliest host ever!!!

Honestly this trip was amazing, we went for an adult golf trip and I found this house while I was searching and it was just gorgeous! The pictures were stunning and had great views but let me tell you it’s nothing compared to when you are there! It far exceeded our expectations and was more than enough room for 8 adults! It was extremely clean, lots of room, stunning views of the water, friendly neighbourhood, the pool was key after a long day in the sun and honestly the communication from the host was the best I have ever had. She was helpful with planning a fishing trip for the guys, where to shop ,where to eat, and even random weird questions that I had and she answered immediately!! She was so accomodating and pleasant such great hospitality! Definitely recommend 12/10 … we will be back!!! Thank you so much

Family Holiday

This was a finally family holiday to Crystal River after having had our own holiday home there for many years. The property was excellent and as described, felt like being at home, very relaxing, had everything we needed as a family of 6, pool was lovely, great location and wonderful hosts who were available when needed and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would book again if visiting Crystal River in the future. A great time was had by all Thank you so much Annie

Perfect for large familes

Great property for large families. Pool had an issue the 1st couple of days, but was sorted quickly. Owner maintained communication throughout our stay. Very glad we chose this property to come back to after our daily kayaking adventures.
