Thank you for your review and comments. I am very surprised to see your comment about the linens not smelling fresh, as your room was cleaned on your arrival days as another guest checked out that day. Maybe the laundry detergent's scent was not as powerful as the one you use at home?

Check in was very easy. The property provided a code for a lockbox to do self check in. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge, which was nice. The property offered free parking on site. There is also a restaurant connected to the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel is also is a great location- walkable from the ferry and to all restaurants and shops in town.

I liked that there were lockers we could use prior to check in, made it nice to not have to lug our belongings around. The restaurant was great for dinner. Easy check in, close to town, walk to ferry. Rooms feel like your basic hotel room, just fine for the night. Small seating out front was nice! View was pretty.

We stayed in ground floor which had no view, and it was extremely noisy from surrounding air conditioning running all night.

Thank you for your review and comments! On the room descriptions it is stated if the room have a view or not. In regards to the "noise" it is the restaurant's exhaust and it is off at 9PM, so it doesn't bother our guests.

The staff went over and above at the time of check in and check out. It really made a difference. Only things we didn’t like was the shower (pressure and lever) and the roosters crowing very early in the morning.

Thank you for your review and comments! The water pressure was low due to the water company was working on a main pipe in town. I wish I could do something about the roosters but there is nothing we can do against mother nature :)

This is the 3rd year in a row that I have stayed here while visiting Culebra. Close to the ferry and easy check in and check out service. Have lockers to store your overnight bag too.

Comfortable stay while in Culebra
While staying in San Juan for 8 days, we decided to stay one night on Culebra and so glad we did. This hotel is totally self service from getting your room key to storing your luggage for free upon check out and prior to departure. Nice set up and super easy. Plus it is on a dead-end street not far from the ferry.

There really wasn’t any tables to put stuff on. The side table was a teeny tiny shelf and only on one side of the bed. Area was convenient, 5 minute walk from the ferry and there was a restaurant with 20$ burgers. Great service there. Everything was self serve-no front desk. Easy peeze.

We booked a small room on the first floor with no view. I'd recommend booking in advance to secure a room on the 2nd floor with a view. The room is really all we needed as we were only on the island for one night. It was clean and comfortable. We like tv at night. I tried for about 20 minutes to get it to work. There was only one station and no volume. There is not 24 hour staff at this hotel. I asked the staff the next day and they said they knew and cable company was planning to fix. How about a sign on the tv "out of order" so no one else wastes time and is frustrated. Would recommend the hotel based on cleanliness, and especially location.

We had to cancel the cable tv service as their service on Culebra could take more than 45 days (based on their policies), therefore we are in the process of switching all of our tv to smart tv in order for our guests to be able to stream their favorite channels.

Great customer service and accomodations. Norma responded promptly to my emails; the place was just as described. My family had a great time at the hotel's restaurant and visiting the BEST BEACH EVER, Playa Flamenco. We'll come back! Thanks!

The staff was welcoming and very helpful with tips about the activities. The room is spacious, clean and located right in the middle of the town. You have access to the coffee shop and restaurant, and honestly you don't need the golf cart to go around, just make arrangements with taxi drivers. Perfect for a complete relax and enjoy the stunning beaches of this jewel island.

Horrible service
No service at all. The sign said call hotel after office closed. Hotel won’t answer call after 8. When you call them, they simply hang up. You can text them but they won’t reply until you keep calling. Room is clean though. Be careful of the old sockets . The location is good but the bar next to it plays loud music until 9:30 pm.
