Hôtel plutôt orienté business
C'est un hôtel confortable, bien situé, plutôt orienté business que famille. Il n'y pas grand chose autour, donc prévoir une voiture, mais le starbucks en face ainsi que quelques petits restaurants (des chaînes, pas de la grande gastronomie) sont bien pratiques. Il y a également une grande surface bio, où il est possible d'acheter quelques fruits. Par contre attention, la petite bouteille d'eau est à 3 dollars.

Merci pour votre examen approfondi. Nous apprécions votre visite. L'emplacement central de notre hôtel est idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires travaillant dans la Silicon Valley. Compte tenu de notre emplacement, nos clients Internet émettent sur 5 GHz, et non pas 2,4 GHz, ce qui peut poser problème pour certains appareils. Voyages sécuritaires.

Bel hotel, propre et calme. Attention le wifi est payant. Le petit dej est assez cher: 14USD pour 1 cafe 1 petit bagel et qq morceaux de fruits frais. Il faut sortir et aller prendre le petit dej chez "le boulanger" en face

The front door wasn’t welcoming at all. There was a sitting area full of smokers and I could barely breathe going in nor did I want to expose my young children to it. Luckily they had room access through the parking garage. Room very clean and comfortable.

Pretty bad experience at the hotel. The hotel itself is fine with free parking etc. In the room, there were 4 bottles of water, 2 large format, 2 small format. The large ones were obvious pay to drink. I thought the smaller ones were free. However, upon careful reading of the small print, ONLY Hilton Honor silver or up are free, otherwise, $3. REALLY? After spending 150 for a hotel night, you are trying to con-me out $3? Rather tacky and uncouth. I brought this up to the staff in the front desk. They assured me that I will NOT be charged. Well, guess what, the $3.27 showed up on my Amex a few days later. NICE!!!! Class act, guys. I rarely leave bad reviews. But this really takes classless act to a different level. Way to go, guys. $3.27!!!!????

This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. The place and room booked was very nice, clean and spacious, quiet and parking was a breeze. I would book this place again.

The staff at the property were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with many dining and stores such as Target nearby. Parking is easy and free. The area feels safe. The only thing is the property is a little dated. The beds are comfortable but the room and bathroom could use a remodel.

Benaias (the gentleman at the front desk) was professional and attentive. I would stay here on my next visit. My sister recommended This fine hotel and it did not disappoint.

My parents moved into a retirement community around the corner a few years ago, so we ALWAYS stay here when we come into town. It's clean, comfortable, and super convenient. The room rate is usually pretty good, and the staff is always very helpful. I love the Juniper!
