Confortable, propre et très bon petit Dej!
Bien situé, staff très attentif et courtois et petit déjeuner de qualité. Bon endroit pour s'acclimater en altitude avant de partir en trek. Le check out à 10h30am est un peu tôt cependant mais cet endroit demeure un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Do not take your business to this hotel. The beds are stiff as a plywood and god forbid you need to make your train/flight early in the morning; you will experience atrocious service for breakfast. I was forced to eat a dirty table, couldn’t get a cup of coffee and had to beg the man to come out from the back to tend to his egg station. They have a wide literal spread of food that’s meant for DINNER. What tourist wants to eat rice, soup and orange chicken for breakfast??? Please there are so many hotels in cusco they are begging for patronage. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Nice clean hotel. Walkable from Qorikancha. Room had mini fridge, no microwave. Coffee maker but no cream or sugar apparently those are at extra charge! The airport shuttle was convenient. In the morning the shuttle operates from 6.00 am. But the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

I loved Sonesta. My family and I had 2 rooms, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel is very clean and welcoming environment, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, and its central location makes it convenient for exploring various tourist destinations on foot. The check out is at 10:00am, I asked if they could let me stay until 12:00pm in one of the rooms and they were okay.
Next time I come to Cusco, I’ll be staying at the same hotel.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Hotel. Fantastic location, close to the train station (if you’re going to Machu Picchu), restaurants, shopping, walkable to the main square. The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service.
The hotel provides you free bottled water in the rooms which is a great perk. The best part is the breakfast buffet. They have a huge selection at the buffet to satisfy anyone’s appetite. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone visiting to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was great, the staff were amazing and usually referred to us by name from memory, the food was fabulous and the hotel was convenient to many locations in Cusco and the staff were also great answering questions and arranging tours

The people are amazing. The front desk should offer water since they give one bottle per person per night. I bought twice because they said it was just one night. Later they left water at the room. Food was great. Overall we love our stay.
