Hotel Cushing

« The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that. »

« Parking sucked(was next door in a huge mud hole). Charged me $100 deposit that will be paid back at (their discretion) is what the desk clerk told me. Carpets were horribly dirty. Worst motel I have stayed in since I stayed at an old motel on the reservation. Am very disappointed. »

« Hotel was okay, area was a little sketch. Beds were tiny! Was asked if we wanted one bed or two, stated one, got put in a 2 bed that had the smallest beds! Fridge had a dent in it from a fist, so that was nice lol. Front desk clerk was super nice and helpful! »

« They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car »

« Breakfast - food selection was poor. No napkins; had to use paper towels. Had to ask for milk to be refilled. Swimming pool - unaware until check-in that was was not usable. Room - furniture was heavily soiled. Bedding was stained. Definitely not a decent value for the money. Would not recommend this property to anyone. »

« The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour...

« The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. »

« I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. »
