„We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the three bedrooms. The house was as expected. It was easy to check in and out. There were A LOT of rule signs (which stressed out my rule following kiddos), but none of the rules were unreasonable. Do note that the host requires a ridiculously large security deposit or the purchase of insurance in order to book (which was an unexpected expense.) The space worked well for us with just minor complaints (stained sheets, no hand towels, no hand soap in the kitchen, ...

„Convenient to Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Charles trolley. We were disappointed in the quality of the apartment itself. Light bulbs were burnt out, the stools at the island were too high, the flooring was cracked and spongy, the woodwork needed paint, and it looked ants had taken up residency in the wall next to the front door which did not fit the entrance opening. We were glad to leave at the end of our stay.“
