‣ Building management strictly prohibits guests from hosting parties or gatherings in the clubhouse. This space is reserved exclusively for LTV residents. Any unauthorized use will result in a $1,000 fine charged to the responsible guest.

• Starter detergent and essential cleaning supplies provided

Pet Policy 🐶🐾



Registered pets are welcome with a $25/night pet fee per pet (maximum of 2

pets).

Pets must be approved and registered before check-in. Unregistered pets may result in a $500–$1,000 penalty.



Stays longer than 7 nights require a $350 refundable pet deposit.

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive shedding, odors, or additional cleaning.



Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off beds/furniture. Please bring your own pet supplies and do not use home linens or towels for pets.

Please clean up after pets and ensure they do not disturb neighbors.

This building uses a ventless dryer, which works differently from standard dryers.

Set the dry level to 3



At the end of the cycle, clothes may feel slightly damp, this is normal.

Simply remove them and hang or lay flat. They will fully dry within a few minutes when exposed to air.

🔑 Key Fob Policy



• Guests are responsible for the key fob provided during their stay.

• Lost, unreturned, or damaged key fobs will incur a $200 replacement fee.

To comply with LTV Tower community policies, please note the following:



• Club Room: Access is reserved exclusively for LTV Tower residents and is not available to short-term rental guests.



Pool Access: A maximum of 2 guest per apartment at any given time.



• Community Guidelines: Please respect all building amenities and community rules during your stay. Failure to comply with building policies may result in restricted amenity access, additional charges, or other actions in accordance with building regulations



Building Amenity Hours & Guest Policy (32nd Floor)



Guests may access the gym and pool from 6:30 AM–11:30 PM only. The clubroom is not accessible to guests at any time unless accompanied by a current resident (not applicable to short-term guests). All amenity areas are monitored by cameras and key fob tracking. Guests found using the pool after hours, smoking in prohibited areas, or violating building rules may be removed from the property immediately, with no refund for the remaining stay. Please respect these hours and rules violations affect the host's ability to offer this unit.
