The Neighborhood:

Tucked just minutes from downtown, the Bishop Arts District is one of Dallas’ most vibrant and walkable up-and-coming neighborhoods—perfect for visitors looking to experience the city like a local. Known for its eclectic charm, this historic district blends colorful street art, independent boutiques, cozy cafés, and some of the city’s most talked-about dining spots.

Stroll tree-lined streets and discover everything from artisan coffee shops to award-winning restaurants, all just steps from your door. Food lovers will appreciate easy access to favorites like Oddfellows for brunch, Lucia for an intimate dinner, or a slice at Eno’s Pizza Tavern. In the evenings, the neighborhood comes alive with live music, local art galleries, and laid-back bars.

The Bishop Arts District also offers a distinctly creative vibe, with frequent pop-up markets, vintage shops, and murals that make every walk feel like an experience. Despite its lively atmosphere, the area retains a welcoming, neighborhood feel—ideal for both relaxing getaways and energetic weekends.

Located just a short drive or rideshare from downtown Dallas, major attractions like Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Museum of Art are easily within reach, giving you the best of both worlds: a local, artsy escape with convenient access to the city’s highlights.

Whether you’re here for the food, the culture, or simply a unique place to unwind, the Bishop Arts District offers an unforgettable Dallas stay.

Getting Around:

Getting around the Bishop Arts District is refreshingly easy—this is one of Dallas’ most walkable areas. Most restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and galleries are just a short stroll away, making it simple to explore without ever needing a car.

For quick trips beyond the neighborhood, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within minutes. If you’re bringing a car, street parking and nearby lots are usually accessible, though they can fill up during peak dining hours and weekends.

Public transit is also a convenient option. The Dallas Streetcar connects the district to downtown Dallas, with stops near popular attractions like Union Station. From there, you can easily access the broader Dallas Area Rapid Transit system to explore the city.

If you’re planning to venture a bit further, downtown Dallas is just a 10-minute drive, while neighborhoods like Deep Ellum and Uptown are a quick ride away.

Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified.
