The property is great; as of 05/2024, the huge amount of construction and the blasting opera from the adjacent gas station made the stay noisy--completely out of control of the property. The staff were great; the place was clean, and the amenities were nice.

The staff was incredibly welcoming to us and our Australian Shepherd dog for a quick night stay. It was refreshing to have a room that felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. They also took excellent care of my husband’s wedding band when he left it in the bathroom until we could come pick it back up. 10/10 would love to stay again! And my husband owes them one :)

The hotel itself Is absolutely beautiful with great amenities!! We stayed here for 3days/2nights, and really enjoyed the equipped kitchenette (no stove, but a full size fridge, microwave and all plates. Cups and silverware) The room is extremely spacious and has black out curtains for those wanting to sleep in. The included breakfast was a variety of cold and hot items ! We thoroughly enjoyed it both days, especially the waffles ! Lobby and foyer area are clean with lots of places to sit, lounge; or enjoy a cup of Coffee! There is even a fire pit patio outside along with a gym and a pool ! It is conveniently located right next To a Panera Bread and a 7 eleven, which we visited often during our stay. The staff is also very accommodating, sweet and helpful ! 10/10, will stay again ! While it was raining there was some questionable characters hanging out behind the gas station, but this is no fault of the hotels.

The front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean upon arrival. The breakfast was good. There was an elevator not working that made the wait a little longer, but otherwise all was great.

Excellent place, good staff, clean property, but there is an alarming amount of loiterers. Outside my room in the parking lot 3 are currently setting up a dumpster as a lean to, while there are roughly 5 others wandering around.

Great overall experience, staff was welcoming and friendly. Let us check in early which was so nice ! Didn’t rush us or disturb us during our stay. Easy check in and no issues at all ! Didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as there was a slight miscommunication as to what time breakfast ends on weekdays and the shower has some stuff in it upon arrival but overall 9/10 and would come back!

Hotel itself was pretty great, no big issues. My only complaint was that the bathroom essentially doesn't have a door, so any sound can clearly be heard by the whole room. Location was very convenient, however I wouldn't plan going anywhere on foot, the area was kinda sketch

The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Though the staff was very friendly, they did not have the resources to provide us with the extra pillow and toothbrush we requested.

Loved this relatively new property. Great location close to Love Field, downtown and with good access to Arlington (for Rangers game) and Fort Worth. Room was very spacious and clean. Great black out shades for sleeping. Kitchen was fulled kitted. Shower pressure could have been a little stronger. The free breakfast was pretty impressive. A full assortment of breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles, etc. People were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and organized, breakfast was good. It is fairly close to a commuter rail system that was fairly noisy but not terrible.

Excellent stay with all our family needed and more. From the kindest check-in staff to clean and organized rooms, plenty of towels and thoughtful touches. Breakfast options were plentiful and constantly monitored. Every staff member encountered were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Requests were addressed immediately. Highly recommend to any travelers seeking value with comfort and care.
