I spoke with the new owner and he agreed to speak with you about the terrible stay
tried 2 different rooms
613:
One smelled like smoke and had a smoke alarm going off and a bathroom fan that would not turn off
Went to the next room 628 and it wasnt much better. The lock on the door was not secure. The toilet didnt flush
The elevators have a swipe key security but it wasnt working so anyone could get up the elevators
Not cool
In room 628, the phone in the room had "room number 925" so to say I was confused on where I was is an understatement
Staff was rude, expect the lady who checked me in and the man who served my to-go box food in the restaurant for breakfast
oh and the TV did not work. Not sure if remote was dead or TV but tried both buttons
IT was a DISASTER
I love the Westin Galleria Dallas and decided to try a new place on a whim, knowing Le Meridian is a trusted brand
THIS WAS NOT ON BRAND
I do very much appreciate that I spoke with the new owner who is ready to turn this place around. Cheering him on
