Gut: Sauberkeit
The house is beautiful and very spacious. The carpet could use some major cleaning and the listing advertised 4 double beds but it only had two. We communicated with the host and it took them 2 days to “look into it.” We were only there 4 nights, so on the last night they asked if they could bring air mattresses to accommodate the people without beds! At this time some of our party had moved to a hotel. This was communicated to the host, and no partial refund was offered, nor were we given an apology, nothing! However, the host did quickly update the pictures on their listing to correct their bedding arrangements. In addition, they only had 6 towels available and no linens for even the 2 extra sofas. The communication with the host was slow and it took them a while to respond every time. This house comfortably sleeps 10 NOT 16!
