« Hotellet er meget enkelt/ spartansk og kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd. Det ser ud som om at man er ved at få hotellet igang efter dårlige tider. Værtinden er fantastisk sød og hjælpsom. Hun laver den skønneste enkle morgenmad og i rigelige mængder. Jeg har aldrig været på et hotel, hvor der var så god service. Jeg vil virkelig gerne anbefale dette hotel og så til den pris. »

« Great staff from front desk to employees. Nice to see that they now had a kitchen with good food. However, I still would not recommend this place. I can tell the staff work in fear of being fired by the owners girlfriend. The ownership treats the staff like garbage. Also when something goes wrong there is no sort of compensation. I have to shower at another place because the water turned brown (didn't think that's what I paid for). Also this is my 2nd stay here. I witnessed the owners...

« It took a while (2 room changes) to get to a room that had working AC, electricity and hot water. BUT... It is close to the airport, the price is low, easy to get a cab and most of staff were helpful. Food was decent. »

« O lugar fuciona no 7° andar de um predio comercial que parece abandonado. O café da manhã não existe, é um engodo. A recepção é quase zero. Não tinham nem água para beber. Só me esperaram para o check in porque eu contratei o traslado do aeroporto com eles e certamente eles ganham comissão. O recepcionista me entregou as chaves e disse que o horário do café era a meu critério, uma vez que eu mesmo iria prepará-lo. Não havia sequer papel higiênico no banheiro. »

« The property is exactly how it’s showing on the pictures. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in an hr before the time. The staff are very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The property is in a very good location close to restaurants city centre shopping centre and everything you need when you are on a self catering holiday. My son even visited the Lounge which is 2 mins from the property so the area is good for a nightlife. »

« I don’t know where to start Reception lady was very rude and unwelcoming ..! She was upset with every little question .. We arrived and waited for 20 min and no one was dealing with us .. We wanted to upgrade our rooms since we realized what we booked was lower grade .. receptionist couldn’t help us she had to call the “MANAGER “ in middle of night and we ready to pay for upgrade ..! At end manager gave us upgrade without charges that was nice of him (we waitited for an hour ) Then we...
