« My husband and I spent 2 weeks there (22nd July - 5th march). Many thanks to Diota and her sons, Michael and Alex (I hope I got the name right) for their friendliness, efficiency and readiness to help. Diota tries to know each customer by their names with which she greets them. I like that personal touch. "We had a wonderful stay at Galini Palace Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, with a great pool and a fun water park that we really enjoyed. All of the employees were kind and welcoming, especially Mohamed, the restaurant server â his smile, excellent service, and kindness made our experience even better.
The only small downside was that we expected a bit more variety of fish dishes at the buffet.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly come back!"
