This hotel could be so much better. One lift was out so we took the stairs, I have seen alleyways in NY that were cleaner. I find it a cheek that you have to pay £7.50 for parking.

Franchement cela ne mérite pas un 4 étoile plutôt 2/3 la salle de bain était pas très propre les draps étaient froissés le lit pas bien fait et des taches sur la moquette! Par contre le personnels ça va comme nous somme arrivé tôt nous avons pu accéder à la chambre 20 min plus tôt

Personnel accueillant. Le lobby et certaines chambres ont été refaits mais certaines salles de bain ont besoin d'être rénovées.
Pratique pour la clientele affaire lorsque vus avez un rdv proche de l'hôtel.
Le point négatif reste la qualité de la nouriture et du petit déjeuner. Mais ce n'est malheureusement pas le seul hotel de cette catégorie à avoir ce problème au Royaume Uni !

hôtel agréable
personnel très professionnel et accueillant. bonne nourriture, malgré une longue attente (avec un enfant ce n'est pas évident). hygiène irréprochable, chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort. piscine très agréable et accessible pour les enfants, jacuzzi très apprécié. excellent buffet du petit déjeuner, très garni en choix sucré et salé. linge de toilette et de lit de bonne qualité.

I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka).
Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice.

Room service was so bad its took them about 2 hours to bring up some towels also only a few choices you can pick for food and the prices of things are really expensive. When we had alook around we round that our 1 bed-room suite wasnt cleaned the floor,i think they should have a better choice of food even when we rang for room service and and asked for two cooked breakfast they told me no sorry its lunch time so we only have sandwiches or chicken cuzzy,if you go to a hotel you should be able to get what ever food you want and also if you dont eat early in the morning and want a breakfast in the afternoon then they should do so also couls obly use the gym for free not aloud to ues the pool you have to pay for it and also when your spending alot of money it should be in the price.

Would very much recommend this hotel. Handy for Bluewater- bus goes to Bluewater every 12 minutes from a 10 minute walk down the road. Our rooms had lovely views over the Dartford Bridge.
Upon arrival we unfortunately didn’t receive a warm welcome, it was late in the evening but the check in experience felt too rushed and we weren’t told the checkout time or anything about the leisure facilities- we were only told the times for breakfast and where our rooms would be. This was a shame and did not meet our expectations of a Hilton. However all the other staff and checkout was superb so I’d imagine it was just one member of staff rather th

I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and I hoped it would be fun, but unfortunately the pool was dirty, the water was weightless. It was really unpleasant to be there, but the child really wanted to, so we only spent an hour in the pool.

Nice hotel. A bit noisy if there is a wedding.
I stayed 2 nights going to a wedding in Gravesend
The hotel is nice and the inside is spacious.
There was a wedding on the 2nd night so it was noisy and didnt get much sleep
Parking is not included so paid £7.50 a night for parking.
I found this a little steep
Breakfast was excellent buffet style with all the usual hot and cold options
Omelettes were made to order
Hash browns were over done.
2nd night i ordered food where i had a superfood salad with extra avocado and chips for £25
It was fine and salad tasty.
Id have ordered deliveroo nxt time
Its a great location from the dartford crossing and it has a pool and gym.
Cant complain loads but not full marks

Over all hotel was ok but one gym staff member toldme not to deadlift to loud as the floor was not built for heavy weight.
Basically she meant don’t drops the weights.
At 160 kg it’s hard not to drop them on the last rep

Great staff!!!
I was received very well by the reception staff. Very friendly and topped it off with a cookie after checking in.
They were attentive and even asked about allergies. I have never been asked that in a hotel.
The wonderful Jenny was able to quickly find me a new room once I found out that the phone was not working.
The only downside was the steam room which felt more like a warm wet room. The staff in that area were quick to help and attempted to sort it out. The steam did come back but not a lot. Maybe I would have to wait a longer time for the steam to fill the room.
Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitley be returning there!
I will try the restaurant next time.

Spacious room. Very comfortable. I got a lot of ny book written which was the reason for my stay.
Got in the relaxing state i needed and had a clear mind focus.
Slightly disappointed that on my 2nd day that the cleaners didn't ask me if i wanted a light clean.
The swimming pool and busy and loud and not the most pleasant swimming experience. Other than that it was good to get out my room for a break and moving my body ☺️

Overall disappointing!
The room was clean. The noise and vibration from the generator/filter system outside our window went on through the night, which can be felt on the the bed. The pillows were rubbish and the duvet thin. The food was very average and not hot, not a lot of choice on the breakfast buffet and low quality produce. The water filter on the hot drinks machine needed replacing ( as stated on the machines display) so foamy white residue in the water. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels and this was well below par.
