  • If you are looking for a contemporary and spacious holiday home this villa is for you!

    Recently newly decorated throughout, this excellent large open plan 4 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home is located in "The Manor at Westhaven" - a well-established gated up-market community just off Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

    The very spacious 14' x 30' pool and in-ground spa face south-west .

    The large covered lanai is perfect for entertaining and has access to a pool bathroom for easy use when swimming or sunbathing.

    After a long day exploring and enjoying what the Orlando area has to offer - it is here you can retreat to and relax and entertain whilst admiring stunning sunsets.

    The two generous master suites, both with large ensuite bathrooms, have direct access to the lanai and pool.

    These are complemented by another double bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as twin room. The bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind with TV's in all of them.

    The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining breakfast area, as well as contemporary styled dining area which comfortably accommodates eight people.

    If you fancy a game of pool, football or air-hockey the gamesroom is here for your enjoyment!

    This villa provides everything you would need for a vacation – it will be hard to leave once your holiday is over!

    Community features include small playground, recreation building and a tennis court that are steps away.

    Conveniently located in the Champions Gate area, the community is just miles from two 18-hole golf courses designed by Greg Norman, a Publix supermarket for all your grocery needs, and a variety of restaurants for your enjoyment.

    All Disney parks are within a 15 to 20 minutes drive and just 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Island of Adventures, and Sea World.
    Quick access to I-4 ensures easy access to the Orlando area, Orlando International Airport as well as Tampa and the beaches.

Amazing location for a vacation

My family and I loved this property, the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean when we entered. We will definitely be choosing this location again on our next trip to Florida.

West Haven 2022

We stayed in another property 3 doors down 3 years ago. This property was ideal for our family, with the 2 master suites and a room for our 3 year old opposite its parents. A couple of minor issues but they were sorted the next day with rh We have stayed in this area 4 times before. Although you can get caught in the 1 4 road it is a very quiet area, but you have all you want within 10 minutes. Villa was great with the 2 master suites. Couple of minor issues with the villa but they were sorted the following day

Spacious Getaway

We have stayed in this subdivision before and it is absolutely perfect. The house is cozy and spacious and my teens absolutely loved it. Communication was amazing with owner and would definitely stay here again. While on vacation I know some struggle with the comfiness of the beds, but these were top notch! The only downside to the home I was not expecting was the construction in the backyard. So it was a bit loud early morning and during the day with the machines going back and forth. As we took a “relaxation” vacation and did not visit the parks. But if you will be gone at the parks you won’t even realize it. Not a far drive to things and close to Walmart to pick up some necessities. All in all this property is truly a getaway worth taking.

Overall vacation

Overall the place is decent there was just a few things that were not up to par. One of which was the fridge, did not cool properly. Then another was brought which also had issues. The AC could not be under 72 and the house needed to be cooler. We should not be asked to wash the linen before exit (we are on vacation for a reason). TV's need to be updated because we needed to buy an adaptor. Also the tv in the main master room should be placed in a better area. Too expensive to have the pool heated. The house needs pest control there were roaches(gross).

Beware- Property is not as listed

The listing for this property has been altered in a very minor way, following our complaint & subsequent move from the property. When we booked it was listed as ‘backing onto conservation area’ which was the main reason for us booking the villa. We arrived in the dark, but next morning, it was apparent that the conservation area is now a massive, busy, noisy, dusty construction area! It was such a terrible surprise. We phoned, emailed, left messages for management, who got back & in fairness gave us options of other villas we could move to. But the fact remains that this villa was rented & advertisedunder false pretences- & the photos of the property have not been replaced, which is really misleading. There is no greenery / conservation - just building site right outside the pool enclosure. The owners should be ashamed & the management company need to update the photos to accurately reflect the property. On the whole, there were other minor issues- dirty air con vents everywhere, dated fixtures etc, but these were manageable. The view / intrusion from the construction site was not. The rental for this villa needs to be significantly reduced & the photos re-done, so that people can book with confidence, knowing that the listing is accurate, which will save other families who have travelled from afar from wasting a day of holiday sorting out what should have accurate in the first instance.

Nice House and place to stay!

This house is a really nice place to stay while visiting Florida. Close to Disney World but not too close! Well maintained! My family enjoyed staying here as well! Clean and spacious! Host communicated well and left important info that was clear and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again in future!

House was just as listed

Check in process was great. Location of home was perfect. Not to close to the other homes. Clear instructions on what to do for check in and check out. Cleanliness of home i gave a 4 due to some cobwebs over the home. Overall rating was a 4 due to little lizards in the home. However that wasn't until the last night. Other than those issues. Would def rent again for our stay. Parks were about an hour away woth traffic on I-4 still not horrible. Close to Publix and gas stations

Perfect For Families

The home and location were perfect for our stay. Easy drive to the parks and grocery stores. Everything was clean and the home was updated. Backyard pool area was nice and private. Beds were very comfortable and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here and will do so again.
