🎟️ Resort Access & Arrival Info
On your day of check-in, you will receive all necessary information to fully enjoy the resort, including gate access details, HOA resort-style wristbands, and instructions for amenities available during your stay.

⛳ Golf Course Access
The Providence golf course located within the resort is separately operated and may require additional fees to play. Availability and pricing are subject to the golf course’s policies.

🔥 Pool & Hot Tub Heating
Pool and/or hot tub heating is available for an additional $50 per day.
Please note: We require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival to activate heating so everything is ready when you arrive.

Please note that while our pool heating system is fully operational, pool temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions. During colder periods (especially winter months), overnight temperatures and wind can cause temporary fluctuations, even when heating is active.

Florida can occasionally experience unusually cold weather, including temperatures in the 30s. In these conditions, the pool may not consistently maintain peak temperatures, particularly overnight or early morning. This is a normal limitation of pool heating systems and not a mechanical issue.

By booking, guests acknowledge that weather-related temperature variations are outside the host’s control and do not constitute a property defect or grounds for refund.
