Florida Family Getaway

The property was everything as stated. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. The house provided dinnerware that we could use outside as we ate all our meals on the patio area. It was good to have a bathroom right off the pool area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to prepare sides for our grilled food and for breakfast. The pool table and other games in the garage were a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and close when we ventured out. The house was everything we wanted and the only disappointment was there was not much for starter items. There was no paper towels or even salt and pepper. We had to purchase many items and a few more than we expected. Everything about the house was perfect so I would still rent again.

Great location for a family vacation

This was a great home for our family vacation. It was comfortable, well decorated and inviting. The pool area was fantastic with a beautiful view of the little lake. Very happy we paid extra for heating the water since it got a little chilly. Beds were very comfortable. It could have been nice if the house had been equipped with a few more of the essentials (toilet paper, salt & pepper,) but was otherwise really well appointed.

Loved the house

The pool was super large, the house was bigger when you enter from what the pictures show. We had issues checking in they wouldn't let my sisters vehicle in until the booking agent put their vehicle on the reservation so that was annoying. It took a while but the house manager answered right away and was great. They checked in multiple times to make sure she was finally able to get in. Pool is large. We didn't use the community center it's really small. The playground was super small too. Beautiful house, upstairs gets super hot but will definitely go back

Good property, lovely pool and outlook. Quiet gated development. Due to traffic we found it a bit too far out from the parks but the upside was it was a very quiet and peaceful location. Also not near the main restaurants so much more driving around than expected. A bit dated and some things e.g cooker knobs loose and sliding door very stiff and not very secure. Property manager (Tony) very helpful when a leak started. Easy to get hold of and really helpful. All in all though a pleasant stay.

Overall pleasant experience

Check in process was quick and simple. House was very nicely cleaned and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Minor issues were communicated with us promptly, however we complained a few times that the ice maker was not working. Someone came out twice to fix it and it was never fixed properly, so that was a disappointment given the listing does say that an ice maker is included. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would return again in the future.

Beautiful Getaway

The house was in a very nice gated community. Close to the clubhouse with a beautiful backyard view. The house was clean with a great layout. Big living area with kitchen. First floor main bedroom with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and an additional living space. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and the game room in the garage. Property manager was very communicative. We enjoyed our visit so much we have already booked for next year!

Beautiful Clean and Spacious Home.

Beautiful home with great amenities. The home looks out on a peaceful little lake. The management company were awesome! Very easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Such a nice temperature and so relaxing. The house was clean and well maintained. Great game room with pool table. We would recommend this house for a relaxing and comfortable stay. 5 Stars for sure!!

Beautiful home

The home is very beautiful and has everything you would need for a great vacation. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and has sufficient towels, bedding, hangers etc, The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of kitchen items, including glass and plastic dishes for outdoors. The outdoor space was beautiful, with a large pool and a great hot tub. I would have given this property. 5 star rating except that the guard at the gate had no record of us when we arrived. We had to leave a message with the property managers and wait for them to return the call. To be fair they did call back fairly quickly and fixed the problem. I would definitely stay in this property again. Hopefully the check in issue was just a one off of occurnance.

Lovely home! Well stocked with everything from towels and blankets to cookware in order to cook a nice homemade meal! Any questions or problems we had were answered quickly by the property manager. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!

Two weeks of sun and fun

We loved our visit to this house! The photos on line are accurate but really don’t capture how accommodating the property is. The pool and patio with the lovely lake view is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A couple of points to share for those considering this home. The location is wonderfully peaceful but if you are going to the area for the theme parks it is an hour drive due to traffic. There are not many restaurants in the town of Davenport. So if you like going out to eat, it is at least a 30 minute drive. Haines City and Kissimmee have more options. There is a Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away so staying in and cooking is very easy. The spa/hot tub is difficult to use if you have knee problems. The step to the seat in the spa is about 28 inches. If the step is too much you can sit on the edge of the spa but that requires getting up and down on a concrete surface. Difficult with older knees. If you are arriving in more than one vehicle, make sure you register at least the driver of each car online with the property manager before arrival. You will need proper identification at the gate to get into the community and the name has to be on the list the gate attendant received from the property manager. You do need to bring your all own consumer goods. This includes all food products like salt and pepper as well as coffee, tea, sugar…etc. It also includes dish and dishwasher detergents, hand soap, bath products, laundry supplies and paper products like toilet paper and paper towels. Fortunately, the nearby grocery has everything.
