Guest Access:

• The whole home is yours, including the garage and driveway.

• Guests receive a door code before arrival for easy self check-in, no key handoff and no waiting.

• The washer and dryer are yours to use throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Central Florida with the parks an easy drive in every direction. Disney, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld are all within reach, and Animal Kingdom is about twenty minutes by car.



Golfers have ChampionsGate, Ridgewood Lakes, and Providence close by. Posner Park covers everyday shopping and dining, with the Orlando International Premium Outlets and Disney Springs a bit further out. When you want a slower day, Lake Louisa State Park is good for hiking, fishing, and wildlife.



Getting Around:

• A rental car gives you the most flexibility out here, though Uber and Lyft cover the area well.

• Toll roads are usually worth it heading toward the parks. Google Maps will route you.

• Grocery and everyday shopping are a short drive at Posner Park.



Other Things to Note:

🛋️ Some of the bedroom lamps operate by touching the base. They have three brightness settings.

🏊 The pool does not have a gate or lock. Please supervise children closely around the water at all times.

🐾 Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay, two pets maximum. Please clean up after your pets.

🕐 Check-in is after 4 PM. Early arrival from 1 PM is often available for an added fee, just ask before your stay and we'll confirm based on the cleaning schedule.

🚭 Smoking is NOT allowed indoors.

🎉 Parties are NOT permitted at the home.

🤫 Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. We are in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful to the neighbors.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will self check-in and check-out per the instructions provided near their arrival date. The place is your own, private retreat. Although no one lives or is staffed there 24/7, please reach out to us if you need anything and we will respond promptly.



We co-host this home ourselves, so when you message, you're reaching us directly. If anything comes up during your stay, tell us early and we'll take care of it.
