« We traveled to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and Carillon Historical Park and to catch a ball game. What you see in the listing in what you get: a clean, comfortable townhouse with a very comfortable bed. Great location (walk to Dayton Dragons) and restaurants. Two caveats: the stairs are steep and shallow, use caution going up and down. People who need absolute darkness to sleep, bring a mask or be an early riser. West facing window in stairwell filters light into the bedroom. That being...

« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

« Unfortunately, we could not stay at this property when we walked in. It was not in good condition. You could tell no one had been in the townhome for a very long time. There were cobwebs and several areas the kitchen counters were dirty and the place where the property was was in a very sketchy area did not look how it did online or safe due to this. We did not even bother to contact the property manager. We chose on our own to leave and go book a hotel for our stay also the front door did not...

« We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties this year and this one was by far the best! The only complaint I have is that the water (including from the refrigerator) doesn’t taste good. A Brita pitcher with water or bottles of water for guests would be nice. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need during our stay including towels, shoes and toys for the pool, kitchen accessories, first aid kit, fans, iron and ironing board, laundry soap and...
