„Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!“

„The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak. ...

We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. „Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!“
