The house was hard to find behind the overgrowth of plants. The parking in the back was difficult to find. Make sure to include that the gate appears to be locked, but it is not really. Put the house address on the back gate so you know you are in the right location. The unlock procedure was slightly difficult. The real estate lock on the front was a little difficult to open. The instructions for the back door indicated the code which was to be followed by pressing KEY only there was no KEY button on the lock, just a LOCK button.The house was furnished with nice furniture and the kitchen with good equipemnt. There is a bath and half on the top floor. The full bath needs to have the toilet paper holder replaced as it is rusted and dirty. It makes the toilet paper dirty.Remove all the used toiletries from the shower. No one wants to touch someone elses used soap bar.Considered putting all the towels in a central location.The shower in the basement can be used for showering from the beach. However, I recommend making the basement more inviting by cleaning up the storage area.The water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low and should be checked. The washer and dryer are a very nice additional. Post directions on their use. Refine the decorations throughout the house to a single theme.Remove the antique curtains from bedrooms.We enjoyed our stay but it felt a little creepy because of the overgrowth outside.
