„Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. „The owner of this Condo is very confrontational. Thinks she is a lawyer. We arrived at 10pm it had been 95 or that day with a lot of humidity. The ac was blowing zero air room was like a shower at the gym after the third football team had showered in it in the last hour. „Nice location. Partial view of the ocean. Can walk out of the room and right to the pool and ocean. Has tiki bar but it's only open Thurs-Sun for a couple hours in the evening. May want to bring own shampoo/conditioner. Also only had 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days. Very roomy though with a couch. We'd stay again.“

„Was told this was ocean view and with a balcony. The balcony was shut off due to construcrion. Could not even open the drapes to look at the ocean as consteucrion crews were right there on the balcony daily from 8:30 - 5 PM making loud drilling noises all day long. No access to ocean from lobby that anyone can walk into. Have to walk all the way around the street to get to ocean. Owners never informed no balcony or lobby ocean access.“
