„This property is exactly as pictured! It was great, clean and an awesome place! There is a train track that runs on the next road over and it did wake us up a couple of times during the night because the track crosses over the road right across from the house. Other than this it was awesome! No problems, easy check in process and the neighborhood is nice! “

„This was one of the best vacations I had ever had. Property was spotless, view was spectacular. All amenities were very well done. My absolutely only complaint is that there were four TV remotes waiting for me, only one of them mattered and worked, the Roku, and there were no instructions provided to make that work. Once I figured out that the upper left arrow would navigate me, things got great and I had a wonderful time. Love the beach view, you could walk out the fourth floor of the building ...

„The best place we've ever stayed in Daytona! Quiet and relaxing. Other then a few other loud visitors the trip was perfect ! Pool was clean and security kept the place in check. Highly recommend this place views were perfect ! We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Our 14 year old granddaughter will never forget her perfect Florida vacation thanks again !“

„First let me say the inside of the place was very nest and clean but there were many things I wish to pass onto the owner. Inside fridge doesn’t cool very well at all. We notice ice on the inside back wall. I wanted to unplug it for a day but time got away from us and we didn’t get the chance. The couch had a big hole along the fabric of the top of the fabric framing. (Behind the back cushions) and a seam on one of the bottom cushions was tearing apart. Kitchen rug was curling up on the corner ...

„House was clean and comfortable. Easy location to all attractions. We would stay here again. Owners clean the house and you can tell because it was meticulous. Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy. Our toddlers were so exhausted from the beach they fell asleep despite tv noise but worth noting to future families. There is a privacy screen we used that helped with light coming in. “

„The pictures show a much bigger place. The pool toys were all blown out/torn and unusable There were black flies/drain flies ALL OVER inside the house-the walls, shower, ceiling, tv. Pool was dirty which is expected since it’s not covered but bottom was pretty dirty“
