« We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray! »

« This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so...

« An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Communication with Justin was great. the cottage was very clean and cool as the temperature outdoors was 90 plus. The beds are comfortable and the big shower was delightful. Being at the end of July, the river was low but the view is fantastic. A blue heron came each evening to feed. Location to many hikes,etc is a bonus. Would definitely return to this place. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. »

« Stayed there during nearby music festival, and could not have been more satisfied. Juliann greeted us and is the sweetest host I've ever met. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her guest's happiness. Loved our stay and will be back next Summer! »

« Overall this is a wonderful cabin in the woods. Feels very remote despite being a short drive from Oneonta and Cooperstown. Nice for a relaxing getaway. »

« This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. »
