We really enjoyed this property. Close access to the trails and a few mintues to Deadwood. It was a clean cabin in a nice neighborhood.

Our first visit to SD as a family was amazing. The property was spacious and comfortable. The garage was awesome for our 3 motorcycles and trailer! The beds were comfortable.

Great area

Check in was a breeze we had no issues. The house was great we had plenty of room for all of us and our motorcycles. Really liked the openness of the house. The location of the house was great, we were able to get to the grocery store and gas station easily and ride all the areas we wanted with ease. The hot tub was a plus after a day of riding. We were all very comfortable and the house felt like home.

Nice house great location

Our family enjoyed the house and the club house pool area. We liked having the 3 floors so we could have our own living areas for the small children. We brought our bicycles and ATV"S and had a great time!

The place was great, it sure beat a motel!!

Loved this place, would do this again in a heart beat, the place was absolutley beautiful. The only thing we would maybe look for next time with a one year old is some place with not so many steps because all we did was chase after him because he wanted to keep climbing the steps, but if we did not have a one year old it was perfect!!!!

Nice home good location

This was a nice home with good space and location to the clubhouse. Overall the home is comfortable. The kitchen and living space are set up for entertaining and we found with our group the lack of comfortable seating on the main level was disappointing. There were no soaps, conditioner, lotions, etc left out in bathrooms and we’ve found this in most Vrbo properties we’ve stayed at. Over all great home and space with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, etc. For the couple of things mentioned above we give the home 4 stars.

there we're seven men so we required use of all 5 bedrooms plus the pull-out couch and the air mattress in the loft. Only problem we had was air mattress would not hold air all night. Occupant had to re-inflate 2-3 times during each night.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. The refrigerator was dirty plus had leftover food, no coffee canister, bathroom had a wad of toilet paper on the floor. The pots and pans all had to be cleaned prior to using, and the kitchen counter top was dirty. I found a sheet hanging off the deck. I paid good money to spend a week at this house. I did reach out to the management company and was told the cleaning company was overwhelmed, and the people prior to us made a mess. After cleaning the house up and buying a coffee canister (I left at the house for the next renters), we had a great time. The development is extremely nice and the area is great.

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! The living space was a little smaller than we thought. King size beds in every room would have made it perfect! We loved the garage and especially the ping pong table! We had a lot of fun! A beautiful place to stay. Easy access to the trails and Just a short trip to Deadwood! Kristen at the clubhouse was so welcoming and full of help! Budi was ALWAYS quick to respond with questions! We will be back to Powder House Pass!
