"This is not our first stay. The staff is so smiling and attentive. Every time. On the other hand, our usual family room has still not been repaired by the window. It is without clanche, badly closed and on the main street. So very present nuisance until 1am. We sincerely hope that this will be rectified next time. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and to the cleaning ladies because it is always very clean. See you soon."

"Je séjourne au Holiday Inn Mannheim chaque année lorsque je viens pour le festival Time Warp, et c’est déjà la troisième fois que je choisis cet hôtel. Sa situation est excellente, en plein centre-ville et juste à côté de la gare, avec un accès direct très pratique. L’établissement est confortable et parfaitement adapté pour ce type de séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation."
