▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances. This policy helps us ensure a clean, safe, and allergy-free environment for all guests. A violation of this rule—including bringing undeclared pets or evidence of pets inside the property—will result in a non-refundable fine of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this guideline.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property.



If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: The trash bins are located on the premises. Please ensure trash is sealed in bags and placed in the bins. Trash should be taken out on the specified days as instructed onsite.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
