The worst hotel experience ever. My family booked 3 X rooms. They arrived from international airport around 1am with kids and the hotel is telling them, only 2 X rooms are available, go to another hotel. This is despite we had confirmed and prepaid booking. After insisting for an hour, they gave one X room
Wait - things get worse.
No kettle was provided. When we requested, they provided 2 and said they are doing a favour as they don't normally provide it. Sent a screenshot showing all rooms have kettles, no response.
The breakfast is supposed to be included, also said, no breakfast, straight denial.
Room 201 - Window doesn't shut but the hotel doesn't care and its peak winter. The hot water doesn't work in 201, hotel doesn't care.
Provided feedback to the hotel so they can fix it, just don't care. It seems like someone who had 0 knowledge or interest in hospitality opened this accommodation place due to the proximity to the airport. They need to go back to 0 and learn basic things about booking confirmations, how to check booking, how not to overbook, how to never deny confirmed and prepaid guests from allocating their room and when things go wrong, how to fix.
