« This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent...

Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. »

« We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! »

The kitchen was well-stocked with great cookware, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing and taking in those stunning views that instantly put us in vacation mode. The host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. « Awesome property, location, and owner. Todd was super, introducing us to house and filled with local information. Unique outdoor refreshing cedar siding shower. We loved the area and all has to offer. Stay here, take short awesome roadtrips to experience Colorado and Utah!Enjoy!! »
