« We enjoyed our visit to the homestead this past week. The homestead was warm and welcoming, we felt at home right away. Anything we needed was easily found. My husband and his friend went kayaking each evening and really enjoyed them selves. I did wish I had brought a couple beach or folding chairs so my girlfriend and I could have sat down by the lake or beach. Thank you again for sharing your home with us we enjoyed our stay very much! « We loved our time at the Squirrel’s Nest! The set up was perfect for our family of six with room to spare. The pool was fun and the setting was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed my morning country walk and we made use of the patio for a nice quiet escape for coffee or reading. The fire ring made for fun family conversation and we had a few deer visit us a couple times during our stay. Communication was great, but everything was explained throughly, so I didn’t need to reach out for anything. We had...
