Hôtel près de Demeure historique Mount Edgcumbe House, Torpoint, Torpoint

« This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client. »

« Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public »

« Everything was great 👍 »

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work. Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room. Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais »

« The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to...

« Nice clean room, comfortable and very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice. »

« No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper. »

« Excellent location for Horle or Barbican »

« Too difficult to deal with, needed to upload ID before the stay and kept sending me a link that I couldn’t click on. Right at the last minute offered to text me the link so I could copy it, was too late by then. I decided to stay somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend. »
