I have stayed at this property before. It is nice. The only reason I chose this location for this stay is because they had an EV Charging station. Unfortunately the locking clip on their EV Charging connector was broken. While it was functional, it was a risk to the EV of the user if you were to unplug it, not knowing the locking mechanism was broken. I saw a review from another guest that stated that the EV Charger was broken. I called the hotel to verify that it was functional (as I was driving from Ohio). I was assured it was working. I am writing this in the hopes that the hotel will see this and get their EV Charger Connector fixed for the next guest.

I would not book again at this location. I was NOT comfortable in the assigned room. The ceiling was badly stained and beginning to peel. The carpet was ruff and felt like walking on concrete (with shoes on my feet). The coffee machine, I refused to use. Some of the Coffee packages had food droplets on them. The A.M. female desk clerk showed no social graces. However, accolades to the male night shift desk clerk.

When ever we are in Demopolis, COMFORT INN is where we stay. We have stayed at this Comfort Inn multiple times and each stay is as pleasant as the previous stay. The facility is wonderful and so is the staff.

Nice hotel but priced high due to season/area
Hotel was fairly nice. Very satisfied with the breakfast. Paint was chipping in places and the walls seemed paper thin as I was able to here a lot of sound from rooms next door.

A little peace and quiet
It was very quiet and cozy. Room was very clean and fresh. House keeping gave me extra towels for day 2. Very nice staff . Well book there again !!

The bed was horrible! Too hard. Also didn’t like the pillows as well. The hallways had a bad smell and our first room did as well, had to change rooms because of it. This hotel has potential, but needs to be remodeled ASAP. Needs New beds, furniture, carpet, floors, doors, bathtubs and pillows! Please upgrade!

The bed felt like a slab, very uncomfortable. But the absolute worst part of the stay was the fact that their is apparently no insulation in thr walls or ceiling and you can hear thr next room flush the toilet and people walking upstairs. I was awaken several times in the night by slamming doors and people walking over head. I will never stay there again!
