Betten
Sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Kleiner Laden ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Lediglich die Betten und Bettwäsche haben uns eher an die Berghütten unserer Heimat erinnert. Ich würde auch schon mal alle Betten beziehen und alles herrichten bevor die Gäste kommen. Das ist kein großer Aufwand und macht gleich was her. Warmwasser hatten wir leider auch keines, da die Gasheizung nicht funktioniert hat - bei Schönwetter ist das kein Problem, da macht das die Solaranlage. Wir hatten leider kein schönes Wetter :-) Ansonsten kann man das mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Grazie Florian per la recensione, volevo precisare solo che l’acqua calda c’è oltre che dai pannelli anche dalla caldaia a gas, bisogna avere solo un po’ di pazienza che arrivi ai rubinetti e per quanto riguarda il rifacimento letti non sapendo come vogliono disporsi gli ospiti abbiamo pensato che è meglio farli scegliere.

Amazing location and great house
The house is located in a wonderful spot, with great views over the country side. It's well equipped to host large groups of friends, the swimming pool and the barbecue are a fantastic addition. Our stay was really good except for a hornet's nest which we found in one of the room, luckily nobody got hurt: they should have checked this before renting it out, so the service could be improved. Also, the caretaker asked to be paid cash in hand for the cleaning fees: they should make the payment available through the App, as the Vrbo policies suggest

Purtroppo il vespaio era nella canna fumaria che generalmente in estate, rimanendo chiuso il camino, non viene controllato. Ci dispiace dell’inconveniente.

Fijn huis
Het is een erg mooi vakantiehuis dat netjes wordt verhuurd. De verhuurder is makkelijk te bereiken en de communicatie is dan ook erg prettig. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!

Dejligt hus og skøn beliggenhed. Men det er stærkt kritisabelt at der i beskrivelsen på VRBO står at der er 7 værelser, når der kun er 5 selvstændige værelser.

Casa top!
Già dalla strada che porta alla villa, si capisce che la location è stupefacente! La casa gode di un panorama fantastico che domina tutta la vallata. Casa perfetta per grandi gruppi (eravamo in 28) sia per gli spazi esterni (divanetti, pingpong, orto, sentieri) sia negli spazi interni. Piscina soleggiata e molto pulita. Tranquillità assoluta.

Prachtig huisje voor grote groepen
Wij gingen hier naar toe met een groep van 20 studenten. Het huisje is heel netjes, en van alle gemakken voorzien. De hosts zijn supervriendelijk en bereid je met alles te helpen. Door corona bleven we redelijk veel bij het huisje, maar dat was bepaald geen straf! Aanrader!

Amazing countryhouse with splendid view
Even though the last part of the toad was a little bit tricky (steep and curvy) we had an amazing stay. The house was better looking than the pictures and the view exceeded al our expectations. The house came wit everything you need and a very clear explanation from the owners. Some of the beda were a little small for some Dutch people unfamiliar with the Italian standards, but that makes the authenticity even better. We would highly recommend this place!

A perfect place for a big group of friends or family
It is much better IRL than the photos show. We loved the house, the fantastics views and the pool area. We were six families (24 persons) staying for a week and we had very high temperatures (up to 43 degrees Celsius) but in the shadow and thanks to good air con we managed fine. The location is very remote, which has both pros and cons. We also tried the restaurant in Denice, and it was great.

Relax tra amici
Tre giorni di relax lontani dalla città.Ci siamo trovati benissimo, eravamo 12 adulti e 9 bambini, casa e camere spaziose dotate di ogni confort. La padrona di casa e il personale che gestisce la casa sono molto disponibili. Da tornarci per usare anche la piscina.Stavamo così bene che ci siamo allontanati solo domenica per un pranzo in uno dei tanti agriturismi della zona.
