« Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. « Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well.
Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. Bath towels were similar to most pool towels, smaller and thinner than expected. The hotel halls and room smelled of bleach or chlorine.
