Great house for our week on the Cape! The house was updated and very nice inside and our. Plenty of space to spread out and unwind. We had our family of 6 plus a couple friends and grandmothers and for fine. Basement was very cool and the pool table and shuffleboard table got a lot of use. Backyard deck was awesome and we spent many nights grilling and relaxing by the fire pit or in the hot tub watching Red Sox games on the outdoor TV. Brought our dog and the house was perfect for her with a fenced backyard. Location was great - minutes from Mayflower Beach and central to the Cape so we could explore from Hyannis to P-Town. Very responsive property manager that responded to questions very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Christmas on the Cape

This house was perfect for 3 couples and a very cute pup.Clean, well appointed and so cozy for Christmas.Although we didn't make good use of the backyard, it was chilly on Cape, the space was ideal for the dog and so magical with the cafe lights.

Wedding at The Dennis Inn

In a word - excellent. Tons of room for 7 of us, can easily sleep/hold more. Layout is extremely functional yet private. Super clean. Well stocked. Just an awesome property. We’ll absolutely be back!

Perfect for families

This property was fantastic for our Cape Cod vacation! TVs are everywhere including outside. Table shuffleboard, pool table and hot tub provided endless additional opportunities for fun at home. The patio has very comfortable furniture for enjoying the yard. We had most lunches out and were able to prepare wonderful dinners in the nicely appointed kitchen and on the outside grill. The dining table accommodates 10 without trouble. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms got a bit warm at night. The location allowed us to visit many communities and beaches going both east and west. We had bicycles for our entire group and were very happy that we could get to the Cape Cod rail trail almost entirely on dedicated bike paths. Would highly recommend this property and the host/management company. Everything was really great!

Compass House 2024

We had a beautiful week stay at the Compass house! The house was perfect for our families with plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a peaceful Cape Cod vacation. We spent most of our time on the back deck which was equipped with comfortable patio furniture, a large table for family dinners, an immaculate maintained hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and more! We had everything we could have needed for our week long stay and are so grateful to be heading home with beautiful memories from the week. We look forward to returning next time we are on the Cape!

Fishing trip

We had a group of 8 adult friends take a fishing trip to dennis Ma. We stayed at 30 compass lane. The house was very nice and clean. There was also plenty of room for our party. We will be back.

Easter weekend

We had so much fun here! Perfect house for our needs. Celebrated two birthdays. Hot tub was selling factor for me! We had bad weather but there was plenty of space to play board games, shuffle board etc.

Girls Weekend Away

This was a perfect location for our group of seven to relax and be outside. It's a lovely neighborhood with nearby walking trails and is just a short drive to Mayflower Beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and open with a large counter /seats so it was easy to congregate during meal preps. The deck is spacious with great seating - we grilled and watched football on the outside TV screen and took advantage of the nice weather. Big dining tables inside and out with plenty of room. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms updated and very clean. James was very quick to respond to a question I had about check-in. Great experience all-around!

Overall very good with one glitck

Family member found dirty linens on their bed. Clearly the cleaner never checked that the bed was stripped when previous guest checked out. Our guests ended up sleeping on top of the bed. Owner offered to rectify by coming in to change linens. We opted to do ourselves as a family member was uncomfortable having unknown person coming into home. More bath towels are recommended also.

Family get away

What a great spot! Close to everything. House had everything you needed and Jim was very responsive. The house had plenty of room for all and the backyard was perfect! Mayflower beach is close by (8 minute) car ride and was well worth the drive. The beach was amazing!

Great house; great stay!

Booked this house to sneak in a week away before school starts. Such a great find - purpose built for relaxing, socializing and spending as much time outdoors as in. Great back deck with comfy seating, dining space, fire pit, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Comfy beds throughout. State of the art appliances , ice maker, etc. Lots of great details. Close to town, beaches and shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!
