With private association beach access and Inman Beach just down the street, you’ll be feet away from sun, sand, and surf. The white sugary sands of Nantucket Sound facing beaches awaits you!

    Enjoy outdoor living at its best in the spacious, fenced-in backyard, ideal for family games and relaxation. The charming back deck features dining for six, perfect for summer barbecues, while the large outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a beach day.

    Inside, the home’s open and inviting layout is designed for both comfort and connection. The primary bedroom with a queen bed sits on one end of the home, offering peace and privacy. On the opposite end are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a twin-over-full bunk) each equipped with its own TV.

    The central family space brings everyone together with a cozy sectional sofa and TV. The modern kitchen and dining area have been recently renovated, featuring an island with seating for five and a dining table, making it easy to enjoy meals at home.

    With driveway parking for three cars, a prime location just 500 feet from the Ocean House Restaurant and Resort, and countless local favorites nearby. From breakfast cafés and homemade ice cream parlors to boutique shopping and coastal parks, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Full of coastal charm and thoughtfully designed for comfort, this home is your ideal setting to create lasting Cape Cod memories.

    Dogs are considered with an additional per dog pet fee. *Three sides of the yard are bordered by a tall white fence, and the fourth by a 3-foot retaining wall with evergreens, creating a fully enclosed but partially unfenced perimeter.* Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided but can be rented or brought from home.

The location of this home is excellent, and the beach access was absolutely perfect—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The house itself has so much potential and could be a wonderful vacation rental.One thing that would have made our experience better would have been the ability to communicate directly with the homeowner rather than through a real estate/property management company. We’ve stayed in many Vrbo homes and have always appreciated the more personal communication that comes with dealing directly with an owner. Overall, you really can’t beat the location and easy access to the beach.

This house has a lot of potential. Here are the pros: great location—just across the street from the beach and walkable to Sundae School, Wee Packet (good breakfast) and a few other spots. We enjoyed the fenced in yard (as did our dog) and sitting out on the deck. Now the cons: the bed in the room we slept in (one of the queens) was quite possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was uncomfortable, but worse was how incredibly noisy it was. You couldn’t roll over without hearing the creaky springs. Another con, which isn’t really specific to the house, but the Cape in general, was there were so many ants, spiders and other crawly bugs. They had ant traps around the house but every time I went in the bathroom, there were ants crawling around. There was also a faint smell of garbage that we couldn’t find the source of. They had air fresheners everywhere so it must just be a permanent odor. Another small annoyance: we arrived to find all the beds made. I was glad I checked with the property manager because the owners had left sheets accidentally and I was instructed to strip all the beds.. And while the backyard had so much potential, the yard could use some TLC. The middle was dirt, surrounded by blades of grass at least a foot high in spots.. It’s very spacious and quiet though. As for the kitchen, it wasn’t bad but if you like to cook, there wasn’t a lot to work with in terms of cookware. Overall, we did enjoy our stay though. With a little TLC it could be great!
