« I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. »

« Felt like the area was sketchy- 1130pm people hanging outside the rooms outdoors and walking around. Were placed by the stairs and was loud all nightlong. Room was fine for a quick night. »

« I had a great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington South in Lexington. The room temperature was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet throughout my stay, which made for a restful night. Everything was clean and well maintained, check in was easy and efficient, and breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again. »

« Dirty rooms. Outside was just as bad as the inside, trash EVERYWHERE. all the doors were messed up. If youre a single person or honestly anyone this place is NOT safe. They dont seem to care about the cleanliness and act all suprised when you come back saying its horrible. Theres bugs in the room, and we were itchy and got rashes from the bed (laid in it for 10 minutes while we found other options before leaving). Theres druggies and weird people that hang around. « AC worked great, and hotel is located near plenty of places to eat and close to the NC zoo. Both front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. »

« Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ...

« The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion. »
