4-bedroom home in Arvada, under a mile from Olde Town's restaurants, breweries and weekend live music. Built for families and groups traveling together: two full kitchens, two king beds upstairs, two queen beds downstairs, a movie lounge and a large fenced yard your dog will love. Downtown Denver is about 15 minutes away, Boulder about 30, and I-70 puts the mountains within easy reach.

The house will be entirely yours with no in-person interaction, unless an issue arises, in which case I can stop by if need be.

You're in a quiet, established Arvada neighborhood with mature trees and friendly neighbors, less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada. Olde Town is the heart of the city: historic brick storefronts packed with locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, wine bars and boutiques, with live music on summer weekends and festivals through the year.

• Arvada Center for the Arts: theater, concerts and galleries, about 5 minutes away.

You'll have the entire home and the fenced backyard to yourselves. The only space that stays locked is the garage, where we store cleaning supplies for our housekeeping team. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, and your door code arrives before your stay.

This updated split-level home in Arvada is made for families and groups who want to stay together without being on top of each other. The home sleeps 8 across four bedrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a king bed, including a spacious primary bedroom. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, so parents and kids or two couples can each have their own floor. There are two bathrooms.

When it's time to relax, the movie lounge has a 60-inch smart TV where you can sign in to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or your other streaming apps. The dining room seats the whole group for family dinners and game nights, and fast Wi-Fi runs throughout the house for anyone who needs to get some work done.

Both kitchen and kitchenette are stocked with new appliances, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, and we provide coffee to get your mornings started. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays and muddy hiking clothes easy to handle.

Outside, the large, fully fenced backyard gives kids room to play and dogs room to run. The covered porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, looking out on a quiet street lined with mature trees.

By car: A car is the easiest way to explore. I-70 and I-76 are both close by, so the mountains, ski resorts, Boulder and downtown Denver are all a quick drive. Parking is available on the driveway and street (free)

By light rail: The Olde Town Arvada station on RTD's G Line runs straight to Denver Union Station in about 25 minutes. You'll skip downtown parking, and from Union Station you can connect to the A Line to Denver International Airport.

From the airport: Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 35 to 40 minutes by car. You can also take the A Line to Union Station, then the G Line to Olde Town Arvada.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are easy to find in Arvada and Olde Town.

Walking and biking: Olde Town's restaurants and breweries are within walking distance, and the Ralston Creek Trail makes biking easy.

No parties and no smoking indoors!

I have a positive relationship with my neighbors, and ask that you contain your volumes, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so I ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.

Pets:

I will allow up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs to join on your stay. No cats or other pets will be allowed. There is a large, enclosed backyard, perfect for your furry friends to relax.

Please make sure to clean up the backyard and house from anything pet-related prior to your departure. Note that any damage to the house or yard will result in a charge for the cost of the repair.
