The airport shuttle was the entire reason I booked this hotel, and it ended up being the biggest disappointment. I arrived around 11:30pm and waited outside until 12:10am for a shuttle that the hotel advertises as running every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. This is stated multiple times in their own materials, including a sign at the front desk. I had even emailed over a month ahead to confirm the schedule and never received a response.
When I finally arrived, the woman at the front desk was openly rude. No greeting, no apology, nothing. She knew exactly who I was because I had just spoken with her on the phone, and the attitude continued through check-in. She scoffed when I asked about the shuttle schedule, smacked my room keys onto the counter, and walked away mid-interaction. After traveling all day and standing outside late at night waiting for a shuttle that never came, this was the last thing I needed.
The room itself was fine, but customer service was unacceptable. The morning staff member was kind and helpful, but the overall experience left a bad taste. If a hotel advertises a 24/7 shuttle, it should honor it — and guests should never be met with hostility after a long travel day.
