House wasn't cleaned throughly, railings & shades broken. Yard was not well maintained, Grill was not ready to use. Had to purchase propane. No cleaning supplys ( sponges, rags etc) Garage full of trash, hot tub not cleaned completely, just filled with chemicals. Neighbor was HORRIBLE, ruined the stay, long before quiet time. Would not stay or recommended it to anyone with more than 2 people in a 6 bedroom home, he was horrible

Very comfortable home and my Family really enjoyed the game themed house. Would have loved to use the hot tub but there were no instructions as to how to turn it on, and then realizing it had already been on and warm.

Work retreat :)

We had a group of 12 friends/ co-workers. We used the kitchen, games and hot tub! Would have loved to make a fire but it was super chilly and windy while we we stayed. Location was great! Access to any we needed. Used delivery service and went to local grocery and restaurants near by. This accommodated our group so well to have games at the table huge table, people cooking in the kitchen and watching football in the living room. The bedrooms were so cool and needs felt great! Bathrooms had great amenities. The outside space was just perfect for hanging out and also letting our pups run. Would definitely stay again- can’t recommend enough.

Candy land 1st Birthday

We had such a great stay at this game theme house for my daughter’s 1st birthday that was candy land theme!! We were able to bring our own decorations which added to the game theme atmosphere. Our children loved the house as well with the Pac-Man machine in the dinning room and all the board games. We traveled with my sisters family as well and the split level house really worked for our families since everyone had their own space at night. Great time!

Fun for a big group!

The house is exactly as advertised!!! We had a big group of gamers meeting up in Denver, and the Games Gone Wild house was perfect for us. There were enough beds for everyone, and multiple social spaces meant we weren't all crammed in together. Host was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Grocery stores are very close. Super convenient place to stay. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great Layout for a Big Group!

The layout was perfect for our family group of 14 and we appreciated the many available and comfy King beds, but we were a little disappointed with the following: 1. Safety Issues: Addressed during our stay included fixing broken stair railings (which broke again), a swinging shower glass door, and a broken bed frame. There are many sharp corners at toddler head height especially on the back deck and low clearances for adults. There appear to be some major issues with the electrical work, especially when it comes to the oven / stove - it was unable to run both without blowing a fuze and the electrical box was HOT and we were fearful of a potential electrical fire. 2. Misleading Photos: We were expecting 14 chairs at the big dining table and there were only 12 (assuming the other 2 were broken beyond repair because many of the remaining were partially broken), there was no projector or projector screen available for use in the backyard, 3. Other: One side of the garage was filled with recycling/broken furniture/things to discard making it seem like things weren't being well taken care of consistently, we had to file a noise complaint about the neighbor's dogs that were outside barking consistently from 12-8am, the doors in both basement bedrooms were not functional (one is so misaligned it can't close, the other is so off that the veneer gets stuck and is very hard to open and close). The baseboards in one of the basement bedrooms have been ripped off.

Family Trip

Our family came to Arvada to visit a niece and nephew. The house was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The host was super communicative and quick with information and assistance. We will definitely stay here again.

Games Gone Wild is such a fun place to stay!! The game theme is portrayed throughout the house and made for a fun family time together. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is comfortable and has space to all be together as well as space for privacy. Great home!!

Perfect Stay

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Kyle, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive and even helped connect us with someone to decorate for my friend’s 40th birthday before we arrived! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to accommodate a large group!

Great for large group celebrating the holiday together

My family flew in to celebrate Thanksgiving together and it ended up snowing so it was great when the kids were done playing in the snow that they could come in and have an array of board games to play with. Everyone loved that about the house. I loved how each room was also board game themed. We found our stay very comfortable and it felt like we were at home the entire time. The communication with Kyle, the property owner was exceptional. He answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I really appreciated that. I look forward to booking here again in the future.

Arvada Trip

This property has a fun vibe and so much to offer! Lots of games and places to gather and visit. We enjoyed the backyard swings and fire pit in the evenings and had a few smores too. It is located in a great neighborhood and location, near stores, food and shopping. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing house

We booked this property last minute as we had a horrible experience with our previously booked stay through another website.The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and well organized. The owner and the property manager were extremely helpful and kind. We loved every single second at the property, there were a lot of board games for kids to play. I definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a home away from home.

One our best stays

Our family had an amazing time this vacation home! The kids loved playing in game room, which was stocked with all sorts of board games. They also had a blast playing the arcade games in the dining room. Weather permitting, hanging outside quite enjoyable. We were able to easily access Denver and Boulder from the home, and there was plenty of room for all of us (6 people) to spread out and relax. The property owners were very responsive and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!
